Horses with Holly 5 day Young horse starting clinic $300 non refundable deposit required upon booking. Once booking is made a detailed email will be sent out with further information. When? Start 9th May Finish 13th May Where? H.W.H. Facilities 571 Counter road Wolvi 4570 How much? $1000pp What’s involved ? 5 full days of hands on horse/people training. Take your horse from never being ridden to ridden calmly in just 5 days. What the days will look like. 7:30am Morning briefing 8am Start working horse’s Each horse and person will get one on one time with Holly each day. To ensure everyone gets the most hands on education each day numbers for this clinic are capped at just 4 participants. 5:00pm Training concludes for the day During these sessions you will learn how to take a horse from never ridden to calmly taking their first rider along with many other skills. Learning how to long rein is something I believe to be a vital step when starting any horse to its ridden life so this is something if you don’t already know how to do, you will leave with a new understanding. Horse age required for this clinic is 2yrs minimum and no older than 6yrs. Horses are to be comfortable being handled, must be halter broke, picking up feet and comfortable being touched all over, being used to a rug is a bonus. Horses must not have been previously started under saddle.
